Delivery & Returns


All Saff & Sass Bridesmaid Dresses are made to order by our wonderful tailors to standard UK sizings as per the size charts on our website or for Custom sizes if requested and paid for.

To ensure we achieve the perfect finish it takes 4-5 weeks to get your order to you. Please note these delivery times, when ordering, are based on your invoice date, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of the first date of receipt of the order via email. If you require your order sooner then please do contact us as we do provide a rush option. Email to find out more


All return items must be received within 14 days of the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and with labels still attached.

Items that have been requested in custom sizings or with custom colours are not eligible for refunds as they are bespoke to the individual order.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if a new size is requested from our standard range within 14 days. If you require an exchange please do send us an email at with full information on your requested outcome and include your full order details. From there we will provide information on whether we can exchange your item and how best to return to us.


To return your product please send to Saff & Sass, Homefield, Greengate road, Wedhampton, Devizes, SN10 3QB.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and shipping costs are non-refundable from the order value. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your overall refund and please do include your name, order reference and information for your refund to be processed effectively.
